Terms Of Service
- Payment -
•I accept USD only through Paypal.
•Payment is due upfront. If your payment is delayed, expect your commission to be delayed too.
•Do not leave any notes in Paypal, due to past events and word, they're flighty about FA and furries.
- For your information -
•Please have a clear reference sheet available. If it's not a reference sheet at least provide a clear image of them. Game screenshots don't count.
•Your commission may be posted, by me only (Or the buyer), on other art sites I am a part of.
•When you receive your commission, you have the okay to post it on your profile and use it how you wish. Please just respect my wishes to not remove my signature and credit me.
•Depending on the complexity of your character, you may or may not be charged extra.
-I will not do -
•If I don't want it in my gallery, it won't work out.
•Text descriptions
•Reference sheets
•Humans currently are off while I practice them

•NSFW commissions

•Characters with clashing neon colors or extremely complex detail

- What I *enjoy* working on -
•Story-based pieces

•*SPECIALITY*: Dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures (especially theropods)

•Gore, light to heavy (so long as the subject isn't too risky)

•*SPECIALITY*: Teeth, maws, snarls, and exaggerated expressions.

•*SPECIALITY*: Reptiles, monsters, werewolves (more monster versions), dragons

•*SPECIALITY*: Ferals. They will also cost less than their bipedal counterparts!

•Featuring your characters with mine! Just ask. My characters don't add to the cost unless it's highly complex.

•*SPECIALITY* Varied species. Above and beyond dogs - I enjoy less common species anatomy like bears, rodents, marsupials, avians, reptiles, almost whatever! The weirder the better!

•Harmonized sparkle dogs. Sparkle dogs made to purposely cause eye bleed don't count, but I can't deny I love me a good sparkle dog that has a decent set up of colors.

- So you know! -
•No more than 2 refs, please! It's confusing and frustrating going off 5+ images because they're all not accurate.

•Characters that are absolute white or black will be faded so you can see the lines or lighting. Colors may be altered to fit the atmosphere.

•If I am repeatedly asked to change a WIP, extra charges can be made. Typically on 3 changes if the changes require a lot of time.

•Pixel pushing will be penalized with an upcharge. (pointless minuscule fixes that do nothing for the image other than stall my work.)

•My signature/watermark will always remain, I do not remove it.

•You will be sent the full res file from Dropbox for WIPs and completion. Be sure to save straight away since Dropbox has limited storage and files will be deleted to save space after a month.
- Add ons and extras -
•Each extra character will cost about the same as the first. Depends on the character and their complexity.

•Complex BG's that are not left to artistic freedom will be charged extra. Specifications like (forest, river/field, a feminine room won't count as complex!)
Artistic freedom examples: "Anything goes" "A forest" "A riverside" "A dock"
Complex example: "An apocalyptic road torn up in the middle of a city" "A victorian style bedroom with a 6 panel window, a snooty butler on the side in front of a giant painting of Jesus"
- Cancellation Policy & Refunds -
If I am to cancel the piece:
I may get discouraged by the piece in case I find it too difficult for myself. If this happens, I will give a full refund, though you may have the
option to change the idea of the commission, whether it be theme or characters. No promises it will work, for I may find it not worth it to
continue to working on a piece at all. But refunds are definite at that stage.
When the client cancels the piece:
If for whatever reason, a client decides to cancel a piece, I will refund anything past the point of work done.
If the project was complete and a refund is wanted due to unsatisfactory results, a refund will NOT be issued. I can, however, work with the client to please as long as it's reasonable. The reason I will not offer a refund in this instance is that the work has already been fully completed and all commissions receive a stage where I ask if all is looking well. If it's approved, I of course move on. So please be honest when approving a WIP.
When the service is made, the service was made.

- Adoptables -
If you have bought an adoptable from me, this does not give you the right to claim that you have made said bought character.
•You do have the right to change the design of the bought character.
•You do have the right to change any background information on the character. I don't care! Do whatever once you bought it.
•You may put text over it if you wish, feel free to add it into a full ref, I don't really mind!
•If you buy and adopt or custom from me, you may repost it wherever. Credit is still appreciated.

- Customs -
•You may repost your finished custom once you've received it.
•You're given 3 WIPs for changes and adjustments off bases I've made that exist PRIOR. After the third WIP, you will be charged $5+ depending on the complexity.
•When requesting new bases to be made, the animal will be created as accurately as I can manage while remaining stylized. The animal will also be extensively researched in order to do this.
•When buying a new base for your particular custom, you're buying the custom, not the base itself. The extra cost is from the extra effort of essentially creating a whole new piece, rather than coloring an existing one of mine.
•The initial base will be full artistic freedom with pose and expression to fit future bases for other clients, so the initial base cannot be changed - however, the design and details on your particular custom, can be just as normal customs would be. So line changes can be made for you in particular only.
•"Can I redline fixes?" Yes!

- How to commission me -
•I accept commissions through Furaffinity notes mainly. (I likely won't see Facebook/Twitter pms! Unless I specifically ask through there) Check my profile there to see if I am open.
•In the subject of the note, please have it as the type of commission. Example "Cell shade commission". It helps me keep things organized!
•Do not erase past conversations in notes, please! Leave our entire convo in-tact. It's hard to keep track of 20 Re-notes. I will forget things that way.
•Prepare all the character references. Be sure they are consistent! No more than 2.
•Be sure to tell me you sent payment, as it is my partner's Paypal and not my own. I don't get notified otherwise.
•You will receive a WIP from me of the rough sketch stage. This is to solidify if the basic character appearance is correct. You can redline my WIPs if you want, it makes life easier for me even!
After approval, I will move on. Be sure you're sure!
•If you're to request me to change the pose of the WIP I have given you, I have the right to repurpose the old pose for other commissions, YCHs, or personal work. Of course, the character will be different.

- Questions and Answers -
Q: Can I resubmit my commission after you've uploaded it?
-A: Yes you may! Credit would be appreciated.
Q: Can I get more than one commission?
-A: If I have the open slots, yes!
Q: Do you have work hours?
-A: Yes! Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm. Fridays and weekends are comic workdays.
Q: Why haven't you read my note? It's been over a day!
-A: I'd rather you not commission me if you are going to be like that. I'll read it when I am on. Be patient. I will get to it with time. I may not read your note for a few days but this is due to the mass load of notes I get a day. Don't worry though, I will get to you!
Q: I need this commission in time for a birthday gift... can I ask for this to be done fast?
-A: Give me the date and I will see if it's doable. I can push you into the front of the line for a commission slot if you pay for a rush fee. I will then work on it as soon as possible.
Q: I commissioned you... but I'm not in your queue?
-A: Please tell me! I do very rarely make that mistake. If this happens and it's overdue, I will do your commission ASAP. If it's only been days though... it's likely because I am not around the computer and haven't gotten to you yet. If your note is unread, then that's why. So don't immediately panic.~ Another reason may be due to not confirming the payment was sent, as mentioned earlier. Be sure to tell me or I will never know!
Q: How long will the commission take to create?
-A: This really depends all on my queue. My queue is located on the bottom of my journal you can view on my front page on FA. I usually give the typical time frame most other artists give, which is within two months. I can usually finish maybe 2 commissions in a week depending on their size and complexity. Delays are announced to everyone through journals, so do keep an eye out just in case! If
I am to get sick or to be away from home for a while, I make sure you guys are aware.

Q: I've noted you to commission you more than once but you've not responded?
-A: This could be one or several reasons!
I only respond to commission notes that I accept. Check my don'ts here and make sure it doesn't fit those. If it's not that, then the idea or character might have been too much for me! Or perhaps I am unable to take/take more comms at that time. So it's okay to try again after some time.
Spamming notes will be considered red flag clients and I likely won't read those at all.

Q: What's an example of a character/commission you might not take?
-A: It highly depends situation to situation. It might be one of several things, like:
- Too many clashing colors
- Strange or difficult markings/patterns that are hard to replicate (Hazard symbols, intricate tattoos, etc)
- Uncomfortable character design that implies fetishes a bit too much (hyper muscle, hyper anything)
- Character is extremely complicated (Intense armor designs, 6 wings, or scales needing to be perfect and not artistic freedom)
- A very specific idea or description can turn me away as I really only focus on artistic freedom commissions anymore.

Getting updates
As mentioned earlier, commissions are typically finished within a two-month period. Though they do not usually take that long, it's more so because there is a line and people before you. You can, of course, ask me, but you can more efficiently check for updates more often by looking at the bottom of my journals on Furaffinity under "COMMISSIONS". It will give any status updates if something is going on and will have my entire queue listed so you can see your number in line. I also put where I am on the image in parenthesis.
For example:
"Somefurry'susername full render ((Shading))"
"Thatfoxguy flats ((WIP sent))"
I also have a "Status" section right above it that indicates if there will be any slowdowns, like becoming sick or say, tablet problems that might pop up. If it persists, then a journal is made. It's never happened before, but say if I came down very ill and for some reason couldn't work for 3 or 4 months, I would request clients through journal to chose to note me about refunds if they didn't want to wait.
-By commissioning me you agree to these terms indefinitely!-
